Mandaue cops sent to Cebu Province, Bohol as vote counting machines arrive on Thursday

ABOUT 139 police officers of Mandaue City will be detailed to polling precincts in Cebu province and Bohol province.

“Cebu province asked for 111 police personnel and Bohol province asked for 28,” Senior Supt. Jonathan Cabal, acting Mandaue City police chief, said.

In related news, the courier firm 2GO will deliver the vote counting machines (VCMs) in Mandaue City on Thursday this week.

The machines will first be stored at the Mandaue City Sports Complex before they are transported to various polling precincts in the city.
