President-elect Rodrigo Duterte was greeted with cheers by at least 200 supporters mostly businessmen and bloggers during the thanksgiving party at Cebu Country Club on Wednesday evening.
Duterte, who was wearing dark blue polo shirt, arrived at almost 8 p.m.
He was received by Michael Dino, co-founder of Bisaya Na Pud Movement and incoming presidential assistant to the Visayas.
Duterte arrived in Cebu on board a private plane from Davao City.
