MANDANI Bay, the landmark joint development of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, is set to transform Cebu into a world-class lifestyle destination with the opening of its Mandani Bay Show Gallery.

The first structure to rise in the 20-hectare property, the Mandani Bay Show Gallery is an architectural masterpiece which brings Cebu closer to becoming one of the world’s famous waterfront destinations.

The Show Gallery measures 1, 500 square meters and is the product of the collaboration of high-caliber international architects, engineers, and designers. It was designed to be in harmony with nature, using only high-quality materials including glass and wood to ensure sturdiness and durability. This marriage of nature and architecture creates the perfect hub that exhibits the four core passions of the Mandani Bay lifestyle: Culture, creativity, adventure, and water.

The Main Gallery’s grand ceiling makes this area the focal attraction of the building. A breathtaking nine square-meter scale model crafted in Hongkong shows the Mandani Bay vision as well. The centerpiece also has a massive three-dimensional vicinity site map situated on its most prominent wall.

While it aesthetically presents the features and amenities of what would be Cebu’s newest lifestyle destination, the Show Gallery is also designed in a way that its clients and their families can move around freely and conveniently while exploring the area. To facilitate a luxurious convenience for people visiting the Gallery, a state-of-the-art audio visual room, one-stop business center, and meeting lounges are found inside the facility.
Mandani Bay is a world-class 20-hectare waterfront development with a stunning view of the coast and cityscape. This premium mixed-use community is set to be delivered in the next ten years.

To get a firsthand experience of this masterpiece, visit the Mandani Bay Show Gallery at the corner of Zuellig Avenue, Mandaue City. For inquiries, contact (032) 262-5888 or visit www.mandanibay.com. /PR
