Duros Land Properties, Inc. launched on Thursday what is to be a place they dubbed as “where nature is greeted by history” located on the former grounds of St. John XXIII Seminary, where the IEC Pavillion now stands.
Called 23 Minore Park, the entire two-hectare property will be a park that will feature a central park with garden, an outdoor chapel and activity area, as well as business and commercial spaces including a superstore and a hotel.
The developer hopes to open the central park, amenity area, and chapel by November of this year.
