Cebu Landmasters, Inc. formally broke ground their economic project, Casa Mira Towers, in Labangon last Friday, July 29, 2016.
Leading the ceremony were the top executives of the company; Chief Executive Officer, Jose Soberano III together with the Executive Vice-President Marose Soberano, Senior Vice-President & Chief Operating Officer Jose Franco Soberano and Marketing Director Joana Marie Soberano.
Cebu Landmasters will already start construction of the project to deliver its promise of providing convenience and accessibility at great affordability to its buyers and investors who wanted a home in the city that they can call their own.
This modern urban development is contained in an area of 3,861 sqm and is composed of 2 towers. Tower 1 houses 272 studio units at 20 sqm each while Tower 2 has 414 units having both studio and 1-bedroom units. The 1-bedroom units average at 37 sqm.
“Casa Mira is a testament to the company’s commitment of providing affordable homes. The project shows that owning a condominium doesn’t have to be expensive,” quipped Chief Operating Officer Franco.
