Delivery truck turns turtle at South Coastal Road

A delivery truck carrying livestock turned turtle along the South Coastal Road in Cebu City past 5 a.m. Wednesday. No one was hurt.
“Accordingly, the driver lost control of the vehicle,” said Gemelon Jimeno of the Cebu City Transportation Office.
The incident happened near the Ludo, causing vehiclar traffic for about an hour.
