Dancesport Team Cebu City shines in DSCPI National C’ship

THE Dancesport Team Cebu City (DTCC) came up with a stellar showing in the DanceSport Council of the Philippines Inc. (DSCPI) National Championship late Saturday night at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.

The Loloi Rendon-coached DTCC collected 14 gold medals, 10 silvers and seven bronzes.

Crispin Sato Jr. and Yeddha Castañares dominated the youth C latin event while Andrew Ysla and Noelyn Pedrano triumphed in both the latin and standard youth A jigs.

In the junior C category, the pair of Lloyd Asuque and Raylyn Romeo snatched golds in the Standard and Latin dances.

Don Montecillo and Shaniel Hernandez swept the standard and latin events of the juvenile C category, while the tandem of Jadel Pat and Angel Epe dominated the juvenile standard A event.

Jim Jocson and Mitchloni Dinaunao, on the other hand, bagged golds in the juvenile A latin dance.
