Two drug suspect who surrendered during the implementation of “Oplan Tokhang” last year was arrested in separate police operations in Lapu-Lapu City on Wednesday.
Police first arrested Emrik Pahugot at around 8 p.m. for the possession of three small sachets of shabu.
Elements of the Hoops Dome Police Station collared Pahugot, 28, around 8 p.m. after he sold P200 worth of drugs to a police poseur buyer.
Pahugot, a resident of Zone Lato, Barangay Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City, surrendered to the police last year but returned to selling drugs.
Two hours after his arrest,Mactan police also collared Christopher Dacay, 28, for the possession of 10 small sachets of shabu and P200 buy bust money.
