The Colts were denied the solo lead in the standings after falling short against the Steelers, 13-12, in the Cebu Flag Football League (CFFL) Season 19 last Saturday at the University of Cebu-Maritime Education and Training Center field in Mambaling, Cebu City.
With the loss, the Colts dropped to 2-1 (win-loss) to tie themselves with the Steelers.
The Rams are now the only spotless team in the pool with a 2-0 card.
In the other games, the Falcons soared in their season debut as they nipped the Seahawks (1-2), 8-7.
The Redskins, meanwhile, also improved to 2-1 after a 23-12 decision over the still winless Eagles in the third game.
The Packers rolled past the Raiders, 21-0, for their second win in the competition.
