In its bid to make life insurance more accessible to more Filipinos, Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. (SLOCPI) has teamed up with Raquel Pawnshop, a financial services institution offering a variety of services such as pawning, remittance, bills payment, and money transfer.
Under the tie-up, qualified members of Raquel Pawnshop’s loyalty program will soon have access to affordable insurance from Sun Life.
The two companies are likewise working together to advocate financial literacy, where it recently held learning sessions and distributed piggy banks in select public schools in Lucena and Tayabas in Quezon.
