By: Doris C. Bongcac April 26,2014 - 06:49 AM

A motorcycle issued to a radio reporter who is also a councilman at barangay Apas was stolen at around noon yesterday from the parking area across the Cebu City Hall executive building.

Allan Majait , a reporter of radio station dySS, was at City Hall to cover Mayor Michael Rama’s news conference.

He said he parked the Honda XRM motorcycle with license plate number GI-3575 near the Gotiaoco Building before heading to the Mayor’s Office.

The 17-year-old motorcycle is owned by the radio station.

Majait said the motorcycle can no longer be found when he returned to the parking area.

He said he was supposed to head for Marriott Hotel where Rama was attending to another commitment.

He has requested City Hall’s command and control center (C3), which monitors and controls City Hall’s closed-circuit television surveillance cameras to allow him access to the footage taken in front of the executive building to determine the identity of those who took his motorcycle.
