SK prexy’s plans
Serving the public is not new for Jumao-as. She has been a youth volunteer since 2014. She also often joins medical missions and is a current president of the Kaabag Mandaue Youth Paknaan Association which usually does volunteer works.
As a leader and voice of the youth, Jumao-as wanted Sangguniang Kabataan to have its space in every barangay hall.
Aside from this, she also plans to pass ordinances and resolutions that will help and involve the youth.
“As cliche as it may sound, tinuod gyud na nga ang kabatan-unan ang pag-asa ng bayan. Usually ato madunggan sa SK, Sports but right now we will allocate not just sports related. Naa tay educational, financial literacy, and, of course youth, engagements. I am the kind of leader that is consultative, so dili ko musugot nga dili ko mangayo og opinion sa atoang SK Federation especially sa tagsa-tagsa ka chairperson sa barangay,” said Jumao-as.

We have educational, financial literacy, and of course, youth engagements. I am the kind of leader that is consultative, so I will not agree that we will not ask the opinion of the SK Federation especially to each of the chairpersons of the barangay.)
