Camella is set to launch its newest community development in Barangay Suba-Basbas, Lapu-Lapu City – the La Brisa. Camella La Brisa will introduce a Spanish-inspired townhome series – the Nina and Olivia and an even bigger home series, the Fatima at 142 square meters and Gavina at 166 square meters.
Camella La Brisa, spanning 24 hectares, is the company’s eighth project within Mactan Island, Cebu and the 27th project in Cebu Province. Camella will begin by developing seven hectares for the first phase of the project.
