Tambuli’s Elite Circle goes to Bangkok

Tambuli

Giving due recognition to its Elite Circle of top real estate brokers and salespersons for their outstanding sales performance in 2014, Tytans Properties and Development Inc., developers of Tambuli Seaside Living, set off for an all-expenses paid trip to the City of Smiles, Bangkok, Thailand last May 7-10, 2015.

In the 4-day incentive trip, Tambuli’s Elite Circle experienced the culture and diversity of Bangkok as they explored the sights, savored the local cuisine and enjoyed both the shopping and each other’s company. The culminating Elite Circle Awards Night was set at the Sky Lounge of Baiyoke Hotel over a sumptuous buffet spread. The team was thrilled to literally be on top of it all, as they dined at the highest elevation of Thailand’s tallest tower with a panoramic view of the city by night.

Tambuli continues to ensure attractive incentives for their dynamic sales force. As a result of their efforts, Tambuli Seaside Living has attracted a very receptive investor market both among locals and foreigners. Two of the first 6 towers of Phase 1 have already been sold out and currently, the 3rd tower is now 75 percent sold. The 11-hectare property comes with a 200-meter natural beachfront blessed with fine, white sand. Within the development, 4-hectares will be allocated for a world-class resort amenity area which will include a Modern Asian Clubhouse, lagoon-type swimming pools, restaurants, a fitness center, and several water sports facilities, among others.

Renewed and refreshed from their Bangkok adventure, Tambuli is confident that their exuberant sales team and brokers will continue to bring in the numbers for the remainder of the year.

Congratulations to Tambuli’s Elite Circle 2014: Jose Francis Cañizares, Verginia Carta, Margie Obando, Alma Jane Castellano, Janette Noguit, Rezalyn Taypin, Jayraldine Pacubas, Rochel Benigay, Roselie Labios, Arnold Nolasco, Junel Nepomoceno, Mark Ronnel Castro, Reynaldo Espinosa, Alden Enicuela and Juvy Tan.
