Standing up to its commitment to deliver quality and highly affordable condominium units to Cebuanos while keeping up with its construction schedules, Bamboo Bay Community had topped off its Tower 2 last June 24 at H. Cortes Street, Mandaue City.

The 12-storey condominium tower will be home to 231 mid-income home owners who aspire to have a comfortable and hassle-free home life at the heart of Mandaue City. “Bamboo Bay has looked into the expectations and preferences of our top customers – strong and empowered women who have been drawn to Bamboo Bay Community. The results are more distinctive features and special complementary services that will make Bamboo Bay truly a place for life’s best moments,” said Beverly Dayanan, president and CEO of Contempo Property Holdings, Inc. (CPHI). Bamboo Bay is the flagship project of the Cebu-grown developer.

Among those who witnessed the momentous ceremony was Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes who rendered an inspiring talk shortly after the last beam of Tower 2 had been laid down. “Bamboo Bay will now become a landmark that the city will be known for. A bright future is ahead of this wonderful community.”

Aside from offering a wide range of high end amenities, Bamboo Bay takes pride in being the first condominium community in Cebu to have all-in in-house services for the convenience of its homeowners such as bills payment services, event organizing, house cleaning, laundry stations, transportation services, and a community store among others. “In Bamboo Bay, everything is in one space. This is because we want our clients to experience a hassle-free living,” Dayanan said.

Bamboo Bay will break ground for its third and final tower this September.

With the influx of tourists and locals hailing from the different parts of the country who see Cebu as an ideal place to live in, CPHI is rolling up its sleeves to meet the demands of these potential markets thus creating more projects that shall be started in the coming months.
