A TRAFFIC enforcer was shot dead while a woman was injured after being hit by a stray bullet at Barangay Pulpogan, Consolacion town in Cebu yesterday.
Jolito Capangpangan, 30, was shot several times while 23-year-old Charity Belen was hit in her right leg.
Police are verifying reports that an illegal drug activity ensued that resulted in the shooting.
