The two fishermen from Barangay Langtad, Argao, who were reported missing since 4 a.m. on Tuesday have been found alive and well late afternoon.

According to Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (PDRRMO) head Baltazar Tribunalo Jr., the two fishermen were found in Siquijor, an island province located south of Cebu.

Tribunalo said that they will be brought back to Cebu on Wednesday, if the weather permits, via Santander.

However, Tribunalo pointed out that no further information, including the identity of the two men, what happened, what time they were found, and how they managed to survive after being drifted to open seas, is available as of yet.
