Unleash the pastry chef in you and head over to Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino and enjoy a series of pastry making lessons that will surely be the best kick off for the hotel’s Summer Lovin’ theme for March-June.
Waterfront’s Executive Chef, Chef Benoit Laboureux, will be sharing his knowledge on some of the easiest but tastiest pastries. Chef Benoit has been teaching basic pastry making around the world for quite a number of years and he wishes to continue imparting his skills on the Cebuanos this time.
Sweet classics such as chocolate truffles and tiramisu are some of the recipes that he will be teaching those who will join his classes.
“I want to teach them pastries that are easy to do so they can do it at home. Plus, I am willing to share my best recipes to them,” Chef Benoit explained.
Chef Benoit’s pastry making workshop will be on March 5 and March 12, 2016, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Waterfront’s Del Sol Function Room.
