Acting Cebu City Vice Mayor Dave Tumulak said there were 21 barangays who implemented and conduct an information campaign on the ordinance yesterday.

Among the 21 lowland barangays only Barangays Kinsang-an Pardo and Poblacion Pardo rounded up eight and six minors respectively from convenience stores, internet cafes and in the streets.

Tumulak said these children were brought home to their parents who were made to sign documents signifying their liability if their children were seen in the streets beyond the 10 pm curfew again.
