The Mandaue City Council approved an ordinance granting a Charter Day anniversary incentive to all City Hall officials and employees for this year.
The council appropriated P5.6 million for the incentive. The ordinance states that employees hired from Jan. 1 to July 31 this year are entitled to receive P10,000 cash incentive each.
Employees who went absent without leave (AWOL) and those charged with administrative cases and criminal cases are not entitled to receive the bonus.
