ADONES Aguelo knocked out Richard Betos in the main event of the fight card promoted by Thai boxing patron Naris Singwangcha in Maasin City, Leyte, last Tuesday night.
The 28-year-old Aguelo, the former Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super featherweight champion, scored a fourth round knockout victory over Richart Betos of Butuan City in their 10-round scheduled bout in the 135-pound division.
Aguelo, who is based in Mandaue City, improved his record to 26 wins (18KOs), 14 losses and two draws. Betos dropped to 20-16-2 (win-loss-draw).
