AFTER making it to the Final Four for the first time since 2011, the Adamson Soaring Falcons did not rest on their laurels and instead went south to find players to bolster their team with for the years to come as they held tryouts here in the Queen City of the South.

Shortly after beating the University of Santo Tomas, 76-61, on Wednesday, assistant coaches Awoo Lacson and Tonichi Yturri quickly boarded a flight to Cebu, where a two-day tryout has been scheduled.

Yesterday, close to 100 aspirants were in attendance, with several already catching the eye of the Adamson lieutenants. The tryouts have its last day today, at 9 a.m. at the Capitol Parish gym.

Both Yturri and Lacson have already spoken to some Cebuano players but remained mum about their recruitment plans.
