ABOUT 324 honor graduates of the Cebu City Scholarship program for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 received their trophies at Cebu City Hall Wednesday morning.
Among the honorees were Lyka Remeticado, a summa cum laude who graduated with a business administration degree major in operations management at the Asian College Technology.
