Personal grudge eyed shooting of boarding house owner
A 67-year-old owner of a boarding house was inside his car when unidentified man shot him several times in Nivel Hills, Barangay Apas, Cebu City around 11 a.m. on Monday.
Felipe Angan-angan suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the body, said PO3 Cristobal Geronimo of the Homicide Division of the Cebu City Police Office.
