A weak Green Sea Turtle was found by fishermen at the shores of Sitio Lupa in Barangay Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City past 2:00 p.m. on Friday

The fishermen decided to turn over the sea turtle to Crimson Resort and Spa Cebu where there is an inhouse marine biologist who can examine the marine animal.

The resort then contacted Roderico Tagaan, head of Lapu-Lapu City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).

The sea turtle was brought to San Carlos Marine Sanctuary in Barangay Maribago for observation.
