LAST December 13, Sterling Land Residences and Development Inc. held a grand launching for their 25-hectare uphill township project called Minglanilla Highlands located in Tubod, Minglanilla, Cebu.

The project is master planned by renowned Filipino Architect and Urban Planner Felino “Jun” Palafox Jr. together with his team of consultants.
