4 men caught engaging in oral sex in vacant lot in Consolacion, nabbed
A 72-year-old man and three others are in trouble after they were caught engaging in oral sex in a public area in Sitio Sta. Lucia, Barangay Poblacion Oriental, Consolacion town at past 12 a.m. on Sunday.
Chief Insp. Gerard Pelare, Consolacion Police Station chief, said in a phone interview on Sunday that the four arrested would be facing grave scandal charges.
The first two male partners to fall were Sergio Pinote, a 72-year-old resident of Barangay Maribago in Lapu-Lapu City, and Gilmar Mendoza, an 18-year-old Barangay Tugbongan, Consolacion Cebu resident.
The two were caught by a police foot patrol doing the sexual act in the vacant area of a subdivision at 12:15 a.m.
Twenty minutes later two more men were caught doing the same sexual act in the same vacant lot by the police officers.
Emilio Pino, 52, of Barangay Lahug, Cebu City, and Abdul Mabandi, 19, of Barangay Cansaga, Consolacion town, were caught in the act and were arrested, said Pelare.
He said they monitored the area after they received reports of several persons using the vacant lot to engage in sex in full view of passersby.
The four suspects were detained at the Consolacion Police Station detention cell pending the filing of charges.
