Garganera to bring Consolidated Traffic Code anew
Cebu City Councilor Joel Garganera is planning to reintroduce his proposal for a Consolidated Traffic Code.
The proposal was vetoed by Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña last week.
The councilor said he will possibly introduce it during the City Council session on August 7, Tuesday.
In the reintroduction of the proposed ordinance, Garganera will also incorporate the mayor’s suggestions.
“But these (suggestions) were already answered, they were already included. This is why I’m questioning (the mayor’s intention to veto),” said Garganera.
