THE BAYFRONT-1990 won its fourth game in a row after dismantling Edcon Glass-1992, 65-38, in Division A of the 23rd Sacred Heart Ateneo Alumni Basketball Athletic Association Basketball Tournament last Sunday at the Magis Eagles Arena in Canduman, Mandaue City.
Bayfront led from opening tip until the final buzzer as it got 12 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals from skipper Benedict Chua.
Theogene Lim and Dave Lim added 11 each with the latter collecting 10 rebounds and five assists.
In another Division C game, Top Shift Motors-1997 also kept its unblemished record with a 61-49 win over Core Energy-1994.
Ellery Ariate paced the winning side with 20 points.
Air spencer/DM8Composites Shipbuilding-1995 bumped its record to 2-1 (win-loss) with a 65-50 win over Kings Properties-1993.
In Division B, Core Pacific-2000 remained unbeaten after two games with a 67-43 rout of KJO Prints and Advertising Solutions-2002.
The 2007-Bad Boys Wings also got their second win in three tries with a 51-49 squeaker over the Mega Value-200 while BMEG-2004 bested the Prince Warehouse-2006, 65-59.
