Social media darling hits streets to sell bottled water anew
The bottled water vendor who became a social media sensation and a fixture to commuters and motorists passing by A. Soriano Street in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City, is at it again.
Jaykummer “Dodoy” Teberio, took advantage of the long weekend to help his mother sell bottled water to commuters and motorists passing in the area.
“Bisag maestra na ko, pero di gyud nako ikauwaw ning pagpamaligya og tubig kay ganahan pa man mamaligya akong mama,” said Teberio.
(Though I’m already a teacher but I’m not ashamed of selling bottled water as my mother still wants to),” he said.
The 21-year-old Teberio said he is now teaching at Soong National High School in Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
He was among those who graduated from the University of Cebu (UC) last March 15.
He took up Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health.
