Cebu City, Philippines – The camp of Neil Spencer Tiu, the boyfriend of 19-year-old Ashley Abad who died of ecstasy overdose after attending a pre-Sinulog concert last January, is ready to face the charges that will be lodged against him.

In a phone interview with Cebu Daily News Digital, lawyer Orlando Salatandre, Tiu’s legal counsel, said his client has no plans to flee the country, contrary to unverified reports circulating on social media that he left following the death of Abad.
