Global Business Power (GBP) recently conducted a site-wide study tour in MinebeaMitsumi, Inc. to benchmark International Organization for Standardization (ISO) practices.
Attended by GBP Cebu Site Internal auditors, the study tour aimed to observe and gain insights from the best operational practices in Monitoring and Measuring Resources under ISO 9001:2015.
“An integrated management system streamlines an organization’s processes and systems under one comprehensive framework, and promotes efficiency in delivering company objectives, said Engr. Leah Diaz, GBP’s First Vice President – Cebu Operations.
Both GBP and MinebeaMitsumi, Inc. are certified to three management system standards, namely ISO 9001:2015 the Quality Management System ; ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System; and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
