148 Residences: Ideal home for students

AS parents choose the best university in Cebu City for their children to take their preferred course in college, they also search for the best option at where their kids should live in.

“A better option can be one that would mean a wise investment for the family,” according to Michele D. Chiu, sales and marketing manager of Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC), who offers 148 Residences as the best option.

With an affordable monthly amortization we pay to the bank, It’s like rent to own. We can have the unit rented out if neither of the kids would continue to use it after completing college,” she added.

Schools close to 148 Residences include University of San Carlos, where the Sanchez kids study, University of the Visayas, University of Cebu, University of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu Normal University, Cebu Eastern College, Colegio del Santo Nino and Cebu Velez College.

For these, the company is offering an attractive discount for transactions made from March to May at 10 percent from one’s monthly equity for the first six months for an equity term of 24 months.Launched in May 2012, it took JVC only six months to top off the first ever condominium in downtown Cebu.
