A 21-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead while he was trying to start his motorcycle along the highway in barangay Arpili, Balamban town last Friday.
Francis Gilamon was trying to push-start his motorcycle Friday afternoon when three men aboard a motorcycle arrived and shot him.
Gilamon was rushed to the Toledo City Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Police are still investigating the incident.

Earlier that day in Consolacion town in northern Cebu, a 19-year-old man was shot and wounded apparently by his companions.
Residents in the area told police that Wendel Oscabel together with two other men were roaming around the area at 3 a.m.
Residents later heard gunshots and called the police, who found the wounded Oscabel in the area. His assailants fled.
Oscabel was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
