The pothole

With some major roads in Metro Cebu being improved for  the 12th ASEAN Summit next year, what about this part of  Lapu-Lapu Road in Banilad  with a  large pothole? Many motorists want to know when this will get fixed. (CDN PHOTO/CHOY ROMANO)
