Dialysis patient is latest COVID-19 case in Bogo City
CEBU CITY, Philippines — Another dialysis patient, this time a resident of Bogo City, has been found positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
In an update, the Bogo City government said the its seventh positive case is a 77-year-old patient with a declared address in Barangay Dakit in this northern city in Cebu province.
The patient, according to the city, has long been admitted at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) in Cebu City.
This brings the total number of active cases in the city to three, with three recoveries and one death as of June 18, 2020. /bmjo
