Mandaue in need of nurses, nurse attendants
MANDAUE CITY, Cebu—The Mandaue City Government is looking for ten nurses and six nurse attendants for its city hospital.
Lawyer Giovanni Tianero, the city’s Budget Officer, said they welcome many applicants as the need of personnel may increase depending on the circumstances.
The estimated monthly compensation for the nurses is P33,575 while for the nurse attendants is P14,400.
Currently, the Mandaue City Hospital has 28 nurses, 8 doctors, 8 radiologic technologists, and five medical technologists.
Applicants for nurses’ position should be a graduate of BS-Nursing, a registered nurse, or newly registered nurses. Applicants for nurse attendants should be at least an underboard of BS-Nursing or midwifery, caregiver, or should have any experience in the healthcare industry.
Earlier, Dr. Jake Ian Seno, hospital’s chief said they need additional personnel especially that the number of patients admitted at the city hospital has increased.
