A nine-month-old baby boy hit by a stray bullet that went through the roof of their house in Talisay City early yesterday morning.
Gian Lhander Jubay sustained a wound in the right in an incident that happened at 1:45 a.m. in sitio Kabayoan, barangay San Roque, Talisay City.
His mother, Liezl, heard a gunfire before her baby started crying. She was aware that the boy’s knee was bleeding but opted to wait until morning before she sought help from barangay officials.
The boy was only taken to the Talisay City District Hospital yesterday afternoon.
