A traffic enforcer of Consolacion town was accused of slapping two female staffers of a karaoke bar at dawn Wednesday.

Jennelyn Mancao Lipalam and Malou Nguho, both 21 and employees of Jamming Blues Videoke Bar in barangay Cansaga, went to the Consolacion Municipal Police Office to file a complaint against Antonio Gutierrez, an employee of the local government of Consolacion and assigned as a traffic enforcer.

SPO3 Renerio Patillas said that Gutierrez had a drinking spree in the bar with his friends.
Lipalam reportedly told Gutierrez in jest that his wife was looking for him. Nguho then allegedly teased Gutierrez.

This irked the traffic enforcer and resulted in the slapping incident.

Gutierrez allegedly wanted to slap Nguho but hit Lipalam’s head instead. When he realized that he slapped the wrong person, he turned to Nguho and hit her head.

The women secured medical certificates to support their complaint.
