By: - August 17, 2022

Does your kitchen staff know what to do when a grease fire occurs? If not, then now is the perfect time to get in-depth and learn the do’s and don’ts as the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. (HRRACI) with its thrust to ensure a safe working environment, will conduct a training on proper kitchen ventilation system on 26 August 2022 at bai Hotel Cebu

For more information and reservations, you may message Joey Osmena at 0917 850 0332 on or before 19 August 2022.

“It should be a must that staff of food and beverage and restaurant owners should know the basics on proper kitchen ventilation. A poorly maintained kitchen exhaust could already cause damage to not only destruction of the material, but it could also lead to grease fires which we should avoid and we at HRRAC believe that this training could lessen any unwanted incidents,” said HRRACI President Alfred Reyes.

HRRAC aims to educate kitchen and stewarding staff, food and beverage personnel, and restaurant owners on the importance of proper kitchen maintenance, especially the ventilation system.

The said activity will be held at bai Hotel Cebu‘s bai Academy from 1 PM to 5 PM and they have invited Reynaldo Areglado Mayol President of AAAAAI Structures Corporation as the speaker.
