TO welcome the Chinese New Year at 32 Sanson by Rockewell, Rockwell Land brought Feng Shui expert Dr. Andy Tan. Dr. Andy is one of the most respected Feng Shiu expert, who has worked with Rockwell on different projects. Last February 23, future residents gathered in 32 Sanson as Dr. Tan imparted his knowledge in Feng Shiu.
Guests were taught on how to incorporate Feng Shiu to bring in prosperity and explained its significance in a person’s life. He also gave a roundup of what’s in store for each animal sign on which ones are lucky and not-so-lucky, and gave tips on how to attract good fortune.

Dr. Tan lends his knowledge and skill as a consultant in the planning and decision-making for many of Rockwell’s developments. “My primary responsibility is property selection,” he explains.
