FORMER Philippine super flyweight champion Marco Demecillo will challenge PABA super bantamweight champion Tj Doheny of Australia this Saturday (Philippine time) at the Club Punchbowl in New South Wales Australia.
Demecillo sports a record of 20 wins, three losses, one draw with 15 knockouts. He is set to face Australian champion Doheny, who has a 10-0, 7KOs record.
Demecillo, who is originally from Iligan City, already fought big names in Philippine boxing like Gerpaul Valero and reigning IBF junior bantamweight champion, “King” Arthur Villanueva.
The 24-year old slugger has already fought in Mexico but lost to David Sanchez via a fourth-round knockout last year for the interim WBA international super flyweight title.
