POLICE arrested a couple and seized P200,000 worth of suspected shabu in barangay Agas, Lapu-Lapu City.
Police said Geronimo and Laura Dacayana, both 54 years old, connived in selling a pack of suspected shabu worth P500 to a poseur-buyer around 5 p.m. last Wednesday.
Senior Insp. Vernino Noserale said Geronimo was monitored for a week after police received reports of his alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.
Seized from the couple’s house were six medium-sized packs of suspected shabu, a .357 revolver with four bullets, an improvised .22 airgun and P800 cash.
