Seven barangay execs switch to Team Rama
SEVEN barangay chairpersons have switched from Bando Osmeña-Pundok Kauswagan (BO-PK) to Team Rama.
Barangay chairpersons Nerissa Antholihao of Budlaan, Zenaida Colina of Bacayan, Maria Velasquez of Pulangbato, Felix Limotan of Sirao, Orlan Herrerra of Guba, Manny Pepito of Mabini and
Casimero Pilones of Paril confirmed that they have joined Team Rama, said Councilor Philip Zafra.
Zafra, president of the Association of Barangay Councils (ABC), presented the officials at the ABC office in the South Road Properties.
Former mayor and BO-PK founder Tomas Osmeña said their switch is old news.
“It’s old. They’re afraid because they don’t have vehicles and they don’t have projects,” he said.
Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama said he’s happy that the seven barangay officials joined Team Rama.
