The SM Foundation turned over 200 houses to the victims of supertyphoon Yolanda in Concepcion, IloIlo last Oct. 3.
The one-hectare lot of the newly built village was donated by the family of Roberto and Gloria Lorca Tirol and was represented by Jose Roberto Tirol to the SM Group.
The housing project of SM started in Bogo City in northern Cebu, second in Concepcion, Iloilo and will soon rise in Tacloban City and Ormoc City, Leyte.
Each house costs P200,000 which applies concrete roofing, high ceiling, proper ventilation and utility-ready provision.
The village has 5-meter wide road network, a concrete perimeter fence, a community center and a basketball court.
