MORE than P500,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized from a young couple, who was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Bogo City, northern Cebu.
Police first arrested Glenn Cadlawon, who allegedly sold a pack of shabu worth P200 to poseur-buyer in barangay Gairan last Wednesday night.
The man’s 15-year-old girlfriend was also arrested when operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)-North District caught her repacking shabu in his boyfriend’s house.
Insp. Leo Logronio, team leader of the operation, said it took a month-long surveillance before the couple was arrested.
Seized during the operation were P566,400 worth of suspected shabu, a caliber 45, a .357 revolver and a 9mm caliber pistol.
