THOUSANDS trooped to the Robinson’s Cybergate Mall as it opened at 10 a.m. today for the last day of registration for next year’s elections.

Personnel of the Cebu City office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) were on hand to assist registrants in completing their biometrics, a requirement for voting.

Comelec Cebu City north district officer Marchel Sarno said there is no more extension for the registration of voters.

The mall’s ground floor processed south district voters with the second floor processing north district voters.

It's a long line of Cebu City residents getting registered with Comelec for next year's election.
