Newly installed police chief in Mandaue City has a marching order to curb the rising problem of illegal drugs in the city.
And that is exactly what Senior Supt. Jonathan Cabal intends to do.
Cabal said he received a directive from Camp Crame to address the problem of illegal drugs, which he described as “quite high.”
He didn’t provide specific figures.
Cabal said that as part of his fight against illegal drugs, he planned to increase police visibility and form a partnership with the barangays.
