Police arrested a man in Carcar City after he took a video using his cell phone of a woman taking a bath inside a pension house in Barangay Poblacion.

The woman and her female co-worker and roommate called police after they heard strange noises in the bathroom’s ceiling.

Police arrested Nico Lalilan, an employee of a cigarette company, who was also renting an adjacent room in the pension house.

Police said Lalilan entered the ceiling from his room and crawled into the  women’s bathroom part where he made a hole and took a two-minute video of the woman taking a bath.

The women, who are employees of an insurance company, are from Luzon.

Police said Lalihan, who was detained at the police precinct, could be charged with violating the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
