‘Lambat-Sibat’ nets 22 bikes

CEBU CITY police have recovered 22 motorcycles under their “Lambat-Sibat” program.

The motorcycles were seized at checkpoints, said Supt. Artemio Ricabo,  deputy city director for administration of the Cebu City Police Office.

Ricabo said the motorcycle riders failed to present necessary papers to prove ownership or that the vehicles were registered.
